An amazing story! So everyday to begin with and then …….what an ending!
oh! You GOT me!
Well done, Deborah – Well done!
so good
Primo! Exquisitely run-of-the-mill set up comprising the bulk of the story, followed by that one line kicker at the end. Makes me think of the person who wanted an arm and leg for something, the person who didn’t have the heart to tell him something else… and now my mind is cycling through more and more possibilities. Goodness gracious!
An absolute stunner! I gasped at the last line. Excellent! Loved it. One of the best ever on this site.
Perfect set up and surprise ending! Loved it!
Fabulous. What seemed at first like an average, everyday move had a kicker of a twist at the end. Love it.
Wonderful! Laugh out loud ending.
Fantastic punchline. Didn’t see it coming. Love it. Well done.
