Not really coming across. I think I get it, but it’s nothing exceptional. There are people like that everywhere from what I see. Meh…
For me, it’s not about how unique the person or the situation is, it’s about the way the characters are portrayed and communicated to the reader, not only the character being described but also the implied character doing the describing. That’s what caught me about this story in particular.
