I found a tunnel
underwater.
Being an exploring sort,
I grabbed my breathing filter and swam through.
When I emerged
I found that I was drifting
in a crystal lake with grassy shores,
where all the stars were new.
It’s perfect;
it’s a paradise.
Tomorrow I’m returning
with my tools.

Brilliant! Painting the picture of paradise found and then glimpsing the future.
How wonderful to see a story from you, Tim. Love it!
As ominous as it is beautiful!

When I returned with my tools, I noticed the posting: “Caution. Any attempt by the user to modify or tamper with this world will void the warranty. Improper modifications can bring catastrophic destruction of all that you’ve seen and block your return. You remember what happened the last time, right?”
Good job Stephen
