I too found it fun. It leaves a lot for the reader to think about ,,,what did he say? …why did she stab him with her wand? This is what Flash Storied should do; not state the obvious or rehash an old idea or joke. Authors might like to remind themselves of Hemingway’s original piece. It was for a bet, I understand. Probably the prize was a drink. The legacy he left was worth a crate or more, wouldn’t you say?
